Written by Michael Crichton, the guy who wrote E R and Jerassic Park.
So this book was really good I thought, it's about global warming and an environmental organization trying to make themselves and global warming more popular. The setting hops all over the map, france, iceland, L.A, antarctica, the solamin islands, it's really great. His writing reminds me of Clive Custler.
So if you like that sort of thing, it's an interesting book. It really makes you think.

yeah, it is State of Fear. Beginning's a little boring, but it gets better
